Any way to have my SNES hooked up to my TFT monitor?

I've got a SNES I’m itching to play. I got crap loads of games to play and just want to hook it up to the TFTs D-Sub port. Is there a cable or mod that does this?

I have the solution

A more cheaper solution is to get a cheapo PCI TV card that has Video IN 9all do) and simply use that.

SNES supports S-video too. But yes, if you're already stuck with a TFT monitor without these ports, transcoders are the only way forward.
