any way to merge 2 PST files from 2 computes with outlook

Hi, got 2 computers running outlook. Doing a back up and reformat soon on one of them and as I use both computer (dekstop and laptop) for email through Outlook, emails are different etc on both machines.


anyway of 'merging' the 2 PST files.
I basically just want one computer to have outlook on with ALL my emails.

My way could be long and tedious but copy both PST's onto one PC and "attach" them both then transfer emails from one of them to another.

Not aware of a software that might do it for you and perhaps manually will prevent lost data.

I have not worked with PST's for years as we have restricted them due to corruption issues etc.

you can add both files as data files then drag/drop the contents. or you can use the import function usually found on the file menu somewhere. sorry i don't have the exact steps to hand but it should be easy enough to figure out.
