Any way to monitor traffic with BTHH2?

I have an unlocked BT homehub 2.0a that I use with my Xilo connection. Xilo provides daily and monthly download totals but it doesn't tell me where the data is actually being used.

On the whole my connection is only used for web browsing most days but I'm averaging over 1gb a day in downloads, does anyone know of something I can install on the router or will I have to use a man in the middle technique to find out a going?

There's several devices on the network, wireless and wired.

I found out by using opendns, basically my dad is looking at a load of porn sites and eating up around a gig a day

Not cool.
