Any way to permanantly set CPU affinity for an app?

An old-ish game I play requires CPU affinity to be limited to 2 CPU's (1st and 3rd), and the only way I know to set this is by doing it through task manager every single time I launch the game.

Is there a more permanent solution so I don't need to do it each time I play the game?

Look for the product Process Lasso - allows you to set speed profiles when apps run, limit apps to certain cores etc.
