Any way to share/sync a calendar with iPhone & samsung

Hi. I have a iPhone 6s and partner has now got a Samsung Galaxy edge s7

Any way for us to just share calendar. Not contacts though

Was easy on two iPhones. But can't get head round it this way round

Google calendar? I'm on a Nexus 5x and the wife has an iPhone works perfectly

tried that, may have to go back to that, but even though we turned 'contacts' off on google account on samsung, it still had them hidden away in there.

In the Samsung Contacts app there should be a way to only show certain contacts, although I haven't used a Samsung phone for a long time.

As for calendars, make your partner a Google account if they don't have one.

On your account on a PC, go here: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/

Then, create a calendar:

You'll be taken to the calendar creation page, fill out the name and description on however you want, and on the share bit, add your partner's Google account and if they're allowed to change events on it:

Log in to Google Calendars on your partner's account and they should see the shared calendar.
