nlite will do what you want

you may need to create a silent installer for Office, but I've done it, it's easy peasy

Read up on the msfn.org forums for integrates/silent installs/slipstreams

just tried out the office XP resource kit from microsoft, nowhere in the settings that i can put down the office xp serial key in so i can make it 100% unattended installation
