Any way to use DSR to 4k for Netflix?

Been pondering this for awhile and not much is about online thats really answered the question.

Is it possible to use DSR for desktop to run a 1440p monitor upto 4k so netflix will play videos at 4k? It kinda sucks having a 1440p ultrawide but stuck with netflix that only plays at 1080p... which makes the whole movie experience abit rubbish.

Any other workaround? I mostly use Netflix web to play videos.

i have noticed that the netflix desktop app dose not seem to want to play movies in 4k, i have a 4k monitor and i cant get them to play in 4k but i can get it to play films in 4k on my tv.
