Anybbetter case fan for £7?

Take the fan specs with a pinch or two of salt. Each manufacturer uses their own methods to test (unless they just pick numbers from the air, but that would be dishonest...)

Arctic stuff is usually solid quality, probably not the best in every metric, but they're a fiver

Have had good experiences with Xilence Redwings

But that was years ago, hopefully they are still good

I've always been sceptical of clear plastic in fans, they just seem louder and lower quality. That said I haven't owned one in over 5 years

Thank you both.

Was unsure how they test them, and if it was just manufacturer numbers as they are replacing two rather noisy Akasa DFS122512L which im putting in a mates case.

The bitfenix spectres were actually top of my list (no idea why just did something for me when browsing ocuk) until i started paying attention to the numbers.

The case has two Fractal fans in, both really quiet, but i don't think take out much air.

The two replacements will be side fan and exhaust, though im not thinking of opening up the top rather than the side since heat rises, is that a good idea? (mainly gpu is getting hot, cpu is fine)

Went for:

Xigmatek 120mm Crystal Red LED Fan 1 £5.82
BitFenix Spectre 120mm Fan - White 1 £5.41

Mix it up a bit.

Cheers for the input.
