...Strange problem that I've noticed on my mum's Focus recently..

- Once the car is warmed up..... you stop getting hot air inside the car??

Yes - Initially you do get hot air... but then once you've been driving around for 20mins+ and the engine is hot etc... Then you start getting cold air from the vents

blocked heater matrix? airlock in same or thermostat buggered perhaps...
