Anybody got a decent Saag recipe?

Hi everybody, I don't really post in here much but everybody's very helpful in here

I'm looking for a saag recipe (and some instructions would be nice). I've seen quite a few online, but I just don't know which one to go for. Has anybody got a recipe any experience with cooking a saag?

I have only made Saag Aloo and use this recipe as my base. She is nuts, but it is easy to follow and pretty easy. Tastes great as well.

I could see why you think she's nuts, within the first 30 seconds of the video

But she does seem easy to follow, so thanks for that.

Toasted cumin/corriander seeds an important part of Saag taste IMO

i'll see if i can get a proper authentic recipe tomorrow. the one in the video looked like a modern version.

proper saag is usually cooked for a long time, and its like mush.
