Anybody here tried 'Thermobol'

Don't waste your money. Just eat foods which provide a good thermogenic reaction and do some decent high intensity exercise. These things are loaded with caffeine and other chemicals such as synephrine which artificially keep your metabolism at an elevated rate for longer - does that sound like a good idea? Not to me I'm afraid. Typical of these fat burners are side effects such as lack of focus, stomach aches and heartburn - doesn't sound particularly like fun to me.

Don't take short cuts, it's not necessary. Address your diet and daily regimen - it's cheaper and undoubtedly better for you too.

Ice cold water (think about it, it's obvious - I can give you the proof if you need it, a good 8 glasses of ice cold water a day)
Grapefruits
Ginger
Cayene Pepper
Chilli peppers
Green tea
Drink a cup of lemon squeezed into cold water (I've explained this before - look up fresh lemon water, it's rather interesting.)
Lean high protein foods
Low GI foods

isn't it Hot water with lemon squuezed into it..? That's supposed to be great for the Digestive system?

Ye 50mg spread throughout the day. Watery gains ahoy. Wait what?

:D :D

I was told by a gym nut that lemon water should be warm or hot, but never cold. I'll ask him why.

I don't think it makes much of a difference from what I can work out - but would be interested to hear what he says. I tend to only have it before dinner though (anything to aid the digestion before bed).

His reply was, quote, "as it is cold out!". So there you go.

Anything with bol at the end isn't going to be great is it really.

Well ..some things might be ;)

To the OP, stuff like this is really only worthwhile imo if your diet / training etc etc is nailed and you are at that final stage of fat loss where you need to shave off 1/2%.

I've used typical ECA stacks before and they do seriously wire you before a cardio session but you will crash after a few hours, and generally feel rough on them. I believe a similar product called SlimXtreme was recently found to contain amphetamines and theres a big legal case going on now.

Theres good advice on here; listen to it and don't bother wasting your money.
