Most PC games are "Hi Def" since most games can run at a resolution of 1080P (1920x1080) and above.

Somebody asked me if I had a full HD digital camera.

I said if you mean a camera capable of 1080p, then yes because 1080p is only 2megapixels so the camera on my phone is capable of that.

JaguarLover, any game on the PC will benefit from higher resolution. Any recent game will look gorgeous.
If you state the kind of game you like, I'm sure people will have more constructive suggestions.

Or even a screen resolution that we've had for years on the PC. Been playing games at 1600x1200 for years.

If you're into RTS, I've been playing Company of Heroes lately. Despite being about four years old, it still looks fantastic.

As for racing games, I personally think the DiRT games look really nice, and are such good fun with a decent wheel.

I agree with that.

From a technical standpoint as well, the draw distances are WOW. No idea how they accomplished it.
