Anybody own an actifry?

Hi guys,

I usually use the amazing invention that is the actifry to cook my sweet potatoes. Just awesome. I use olive oil to cook them, as per the instructions, but was wondering whether coconut oil would work too? Never tried sweet potatoes in coconut oil, might be awful.

I'd imagine it would be quite nice, cant remember if I ever used it to cook mine in but I dont remember finding anything it didnt work well with tbh

I've just used it for the first time tonight to cook my chicken. Why isn't this stuff more popular?!

The good stuff is much more expensive than any of the usual cooking oils
