anybody receive spam call before??

Hey im sort of new to the forum, wondering if anybody received this number 01753441520 calling before… introducing themselves as the money club Windsor, said I can save money by using their service and offer me a month free trial… scariest thing is that the caller knew my name, address, email and of course my number.. even my birthday! Anyone here heard of them before??
 
Scammers trying to get your bank details. You can google the number and see everyone else's experiences, which will usually tell you what type of criminal scam they are trying to enact.
 
Anything you sign up for, FB, email account, prize draw, anything is potentially passed to businesses in one way of another if through hacking or legal or semi legal means, So you must have signed up for something.

yea thats true, can't really remember all the stuffs ive signed up for.. but I will be more carefully from now on

Is that unusual?
I call my son in Germany from U.K. using my U.K. cell phone,
and send WhatsApps to my German grandkids with it too.
Unless you meant that the call emanated from Germany, via a U.K. based phone.

Yea I mean nowadays we got all these phone spams and robocalls and so on, I was just wondering if anybody receives similar phone call.. like for example this number I shared, if people fall for it, the scammer actually will get their bank account details, so actually its pretty scary

yea its actually pretty common people make phone calls from UK to Europe, its just this is the first time I received spam call

Frankly if someone relies on recognising a 'phone number to spot a scamming call they are going to get caught sooner rather than later.


ps - my Uncle was the Nigerian Minister of Health before he was arrested and executed on a trumped up charge.

Unfortunately he had deposited his small nest egg in a numbered Swiss Bank Account and I need the Bank Account Details, Addess, Date of Birth, Passport Number and Mother's maiden name of someone resident outside Nigeria in order to access the funds. Would you mind posting these details here for me please?

I will of course give you 25% of the funds when I have got them ;)
