Anybody running Vista on a Dell D610 Laptop?

Hi all,

I would like to try out Windows Vista on my Dell D610 Laptop... But just wanted to know if anyone has tried and tested this before..?

...Any problems?

Also - is it true I can install Vista Home Premium on upto 3 home PCs?

I am currently running Vista on a Dell D610, with 2GB RAM Upgrade.
Works fine, slight improvement with games, when I used the Mobility Modder to use the Catalyst 8.1 Drivers.

No Major bugs that I've seen as of yet.

No. There's an Office license which allows it, but no Windows one that I'm aware of. Certainly not standard OEM or Retail (well, not concurrently in the latter's case, anyway).

It's not so much the model of the laptop that matters, but more the spec of it. What CPU have you got, and how much RAM?

I have a 1.86GHz Pentium M, with 2GB RAM, and a ATI Mobility Radeon x300 GPU. It runs Aero, it runs some games, and does most other things I need.
