Anybody Used Antec's RMA/Support?

Recently found that my early model Antec 900 doesn't support HD audio on the front panel so contacted Antec support. A day later they've replied back saying that they will be happy to replace this part with an upgraded version which comes on the newer 900's.

I'm very happy with this outcome and so quickly. Also heard of someone on here (I think) getting a side panel replacement for free, after they dented it.

Your impressions after dealing with Antec RMA/ Support?
 
Hi mate, it was me who got the side panel replaced after I dented it, but I said to them it came like it :p
I contacted their RMA with the problem and the guy E-Mailed me back saying I needed to take a picture of the part and a scan of my invoice then E-Mail him back. I got the side panel through from Holland within about 10 days and it was well packed, awesome service.
 
I bought an antec sonata on ebay and it didnt have any drive covers, quick email to antec and got them sent out free of charge.
 
Ha, I randomly check for replies and nothing, then a second later when I click on new posts and 2 new posts within a minute :rolleyes:

But yeah bloody good service if you ask me. :)
 
I purchased a NSK4480 case and one of the harddrive mounting screws was missing from the pack. Contacted antec via e-mail and they sent out a full pack of screws which I received a few days later (sent from US to UK)
