Anybody used live-codes before?

I ordered a 1 years xbox live code off http://live-codes.co.uk/ at 8pm and they say that they e-mail you the code as soon as payment is accepted.

I used google checkout and it's saying that payment has been accepted and that live-codes will be sending me an e-mail shortly with details of how to get my code.

It's been 3 hours since payment was accepted and still no word, just wondering what the average wait is at this time of night with these things?
 
Never used them before - automated systems can lag and some of their emails are sent to spam folders etc.

Check your spam folders and wait 12 hours, then if nothing, email them :)
 
Hi Daniel, I have just looked into your order and you are correct, payment has been taken. For some reason our system has not picked up the order so has not sent you a code. I will have our website coder look into the reason for this.

The system does not allow us to manually assign a code so I will cancel your order through google checkout. If you then order again it should send you the code instantly.

Sent the e-mail to them 10 minutes ago. I'm liking their customer service :D.
 
They are always realy good, lucky you with your £1 off ;-)
Iv never had a problem buying instant online. Only thing is if your buying points it buy 2 get one free on 1800 point cards in hmv atm, deal!

The problem was because my surname has an apostrophe in it and the order wasn't going through properly. It's all sorted now and I have to say the customer service was top notch, they replied to my e-mails within minutes.
 
I got my code off them, came within 4 mins or so of placing the order. Good site and as you say the cs seems great as well.
