Has anyone got experience with this ram

I currently have an Asrock Dual/Vsta with a C2D e6600 which craps out around 295mhz since I upgraded to pci-e gfx card. This has served me well as I've been gradually moving from agp and ddr1 but now looks to be the time to jump to ddr2.
I'm thinking DS3P and 2gigs of the above memory. What sort of performance can I expect to get?
I know theres better 800mhz stuff available but I'd like feedback on the OcUK ram as my budget needs to take account of the wrath of the wife.

It'll go to 423-430 at 5-5-5-15. If you use the 9x multiplier you'll see 3.2-3.6GHz (at which point the RAM is running at it's rated speed).

If you use the 8x multiplier you'll probably see 3.4GHz before the RAM runs out of breath.

It's perfectly good RAM. I ran some at the back end of last year, but it's no Crucial Ballistix, that's for sure :)
