Just to make you feel better, I once tore all the ligaments on my left foot, (should have broken it, would have been less painful).
After 8 weeks on crutches and continuing to commute to work I was on the last day when I slipped on a pool of water at Liverpool street Station and broke my finger.![]()

, i feel your pain...well not really but get well soon bud
What is torn ligaments??
I think i had it once when playing football. I swung and kicked the ball away and a player just ran straight into my leg. It twisted badly and i couldnt walk on it for the day. The next day there was huge bruising and there was huge pain. I could feel my knee was really wobbly and loose, but i just started to walk on it. By the next saturday i was running and could kick the ball though i did have to take tablets due to the pain.
Is that a torn ligament or just a badly placed knock???
), and didn't bring my left leg up, resulting in my left foot (pointing down at the time) catching the ground, and going backwards, with a loud popping noise, and a hell of a lot of pain. didn't play again play for over 2 months
