Hi just a quick question saves me phoning the company up, basically I have done an online quote but it seems you need to phone and arrange the policy over the phone if you want to pay monthly on the website it doesn’t mention a deposit?

My question is; does anybody know if Admiral require a deposit? May be a stupid question I know and saves me waiting on the phone :D

Normally do if your not paying it out right, as its a credit agreement with instalments.

go with directline, you can do it all over phone without phoning.

i'm with admiral but paid all in one go so can't help, i can tell you that they're pretty good though, far better than those ****ers at direct line

Yeah, and expect a 30% inflation to pay monthly. Deposit is normal, about £170 on a £1400 policy.

cheapest quote I could get! :) plus house insurance with them for a few years anyway, they are brilliant on that side on two accident claims and an escape of water claim.

I'm with Admiral, have been for years

no answer to your question but to let you know that you can always negotiate on the price, I have 15% found off to be the limit and get this every time on both mine and my wife's policy

I was with Bell (part of Admiral) and now with Gladiator (Admiral :p). As said, you would have either pay the full amount or take out monthly instalments with interest.
