Anybody work with ERP systems?

Don't really see it mentioned much on here so wondered if anybody works with any of the bigger ERP systems (Dynamics/SAP/Oracle)?

I got into IT as a trainee functional consultant a couple of years back and it was the best thing I ever did.

Anybody else do the same? There is such a huge shortage of good people in the pool and it doesn't seem to make much sense considering there are no formal qualifications required and the fact its pays relatively well.

I work for a implementation partner and we are constantly having to look abroad for resources.

Ah cool, I work with Dynamics AX as a Retail consultant now and thinking about future proofing myself by getting into the BI side of things. I've touched on Power BI a little with some standard sales/loss prevention reports for the retail teams but very interested in getting much more involved with that side of things.
