Anyone a member of BFP?

Is anyone around here a member of the Bureau of Freelance Photographers?

If so what are they like, are they helpful, is their handbook good/handy, whats the monthly newsletts/magazine like??

I'm tempted to become a member of the Association of Photographers.

Looks interesting Pete, although this bit is a little.....

Price: £280 p/a – ex VAT (UK)
£227 p/a - ex VAT (Overseas)
Criteria: Photographers with at least two years of proven professional practice and whose clients are commercial buyers or professional commissioners of photography

Problem with that is not only a high price, but also even though a lot of us have sold work and are hired/comissioned for work most of the clients are joe public and not commercial buyers of professional commissioners.
