anyone a profitable twitch streamer??

I just clicked on both of those links and yup both of them fit the stereotypes exactly.

One is an asian girl gamer yup always see them with plenty of viewers on ps4.

The other had her baps on show in fact she had her baps on show twice at the same time. one was a low cut top on the live cam pointing downwards so you can see her cleavage perfectly then was a rotating screenshot of previous shows where she had low cut tops with the cam in same position.

So I can see why both of them are popular.

Asian girl gamer is also part of C9 and is incredible skilled, being a girl helps as its something a bit more unique but that has nothing too do with her skill level. Shes popular cause shes a top tear player, and from a quick scrub across some streams she helps viewiers a lot and explains whats going on.

A lot of cleavage like you say, fake brazzer logo, she got called out for showing off her cleavage then defended her self, few seconds later moved her hair off her cleavage. But I don't think its just the boobs, she seems to talk about whats shes doing, why she's doing it and so on, I'm sure a lot of people like hearing tips from someone that looks nice. Skill wise if she is normally Brozen in LoL then there isn't much, I don't personally play but my friends that do are all Silver. Also just noticed her desktop is a fake pornhub logo, really do think shes milking this busty girl act.

*facepalm*

Stop digging.

This disproves what your saying, if his the best sniper in the game and he has 5 viewers its not just based on skill. If you take Destiny for example TripleWreck is not the best player, and he will openly tell everyone that, but he the most popular streamer in destiny right now. Its not just his skill level either, his fun too watch, interacts with subs, helps subs and is a nice guy.

I don't play Destiny anymore but I do enjoy watching the streams as there are a few people I enjoy watching. TW for sure is always a good watch and does really well. The top streamer for Destiny though is King Gothalion who has over 9k subs and gets more donations than most other streams. The ratio of viewers to subs he has online is always very high. Some of the really highly viewed streamers have a lower ratio of subs than he does I think.

just wondering if anyone here streams on twitch an makes much from it

I was watching a h1z1 stream an the guy got about $300-$400 in $3 average tips in about the 20 odd mins I saw .....shocked to say the least

id never consider paying to watch someone play games before

I'd never consider watching some play games, period. Smacks of attention whoring to me. 'Follow me on Twitch' ... why on earth?

 you watch the wrong streamers then. Then are plenty of them that are genuinely entertaining or good enough at the game that it's entertaining to watch. Not all of them constantly whore themselves.

Funny, most of the popular male streamers are good looking guys, you don't see people claiming they're only popular because of their looks.

Not sexism at all, obviously.

I could link you plenty of girl streamers that aren't popular just because they are girls but I assume you would deny that as well. Hafu is on a professional team, I'm guessing thats just because she is a girl? Not because she is skilled, right?

You also have to understand that Kaceytron is trolling, 5 minutes of watching her stream and its fairly obvious. She makes money from making people angry since they donate money to insult her. She is a genius for convincing so many people that its real.

It's also funny because male streamers used to get donations to take their shirt off and used to do shirtless streams to get more viewers and it worked. Twitch had to introduce a rule to stop them from doing it.

But if a girl did something similar...

If wonder if YouTube Gaming will allow that.

As for the guys v girls topless - that's just the way things are. Guys walk down the street with shirts off, girls aren't allowed boobs out.

I rarely use Twitch, but at least with Youtube, shouting at absolutely anything that happens and raging/acting immaturely seems to get subscribers (KSI I'm looking at you in particular)

Yeah but even if a girl wears a tank top people get angry.

there is no law against being naked in public. it's just a cultural thing.

for instance some tribes do actually wear nothing or as little as possible.

it's all the sexual connotations that go along with boobs that make women going topless a taboo

thats because the larger majority of twitch viewers will be male.

According to independent statistics, barely 8% of twitch's regular viewership is female.

You can kid yourself all you like, but the vast majority of female streamers know that attracting male viewers using all their womanly charms will only increase their revenue and subscribers.

Go watch a female twitch streamer and then compare with a webcam website like myfreecams. The similarities in the behaviour of the viewers are remarkable. When people drop $7000 donations its not just because they like their skills at a particular game.

I sold my g27 wheel and pedals to a guy who said he and his family get paid a lot of money for streaming on twitch. Could ask him what his channel is as i still have his number lol.

The most important part of being popular on twitch is being entertaining. Look at Lirik for example - easily the most popular streamer on twitch and is maybe above average on a few games and plays a huge variety of games but still constantly has 25k+ viewers.

Yep, Lirik is the only streamer i watch on a night if i get on twitch and the only person i sub too. Just a great entertaining watch. I mean the scripting / gameplay scenarios in A3L alone is worth my £3 a month. He has only been doing it 3 years and last night streaming until dawn was getting 61k viewers. Astonishing really.

Girls with zero personality but with bras 3x too small for them are the streamers i hate. First people to say they're not taken seriously but being pants on a game with 1k viewers.... lol
