Anyone able to design me a web banner?

Hi there,

Am in need of creating a web banner for a Youth website and unfortunately I am not entirely good at creating graphics. Initally they'd like a website similar to this. They are after a colour scheme of blue and red contrasting with yellow. The club is called the Vassual Youth Community.

A quick attempt, I really dont know what you want exactly, but this would be okay until you find yourself a proper web designer than can make you a complete package as good as the site youve linked to:
