We have a ruling party who underfund the police services and immigration services and wonder why police and immigration services are subpar…

But the police didn't do anything wrong...

We have a police system that seems full of rapists and racists and you wonder why stuff like this happens? Its because our government is wrong.

But the police arrested him as they should have done. Its not their job to prevent people like this entering the country Tony.

I was just explaining why this country has gone to hell. This government allows criminals to get away with what they want to do until they kill someone.

We have our own home grown killers we dont need any more surely.

Just a flawed system I guess. Should not have been able to leave Serbia - Serbia should have recorded this into a database which other countries can check upon his arrival - we should have checked a database upon his arrival, seen he's wanted, job done. Presumably several parts of such a system don't even happen.

Flawed is an understatement. There seem to have been multiple chances to stop this happening and have this guy dumped in the sea.
