Need to get the face clear if possible?

The guy is harassing the families of 2 people that died in a car crash 2 weeks ago up by me.. Its horrendously bad for the families involved, so were trying to investigate who it might be.

Had a quick adjust in PS but there's no hope for getting anything out of this unfortunately.

There's no point, you'll still have the EXIF data for each of the photos you take within the picture. Contains lots of details as well as co-ordinates, especially taken on a phone...

Surely you are better of working out what that office is, who works there and has access to that floor at that time of night and then finding someone that wears glasses and is fairly old/balding.

I'm not sure how you've managed to deduce the person's age and hairline from that photo.

Presumably you can work out which window the photo was taken from? Is it a house or an office or what? I can't see there being hundreds of people with access to wherever it is..

It's a Muslim man, dark skinned, beard but no moustache, aged 30-40 short, hearing aid in his right ear, a knee injury when young which causes him to lean to the left and probably walk with a limp, slightly overweight, stays at work longer than he should, probably the business owner, possibly a Doctor, office on the 4th or 5th floor. Smokes heavily and likes cats, lives with his elderly mother.

Yeah we know the area well, its a flat above an estate agents, just been down to have a look, theres a light on in the flat, we would have gone knocking but the image has been on google so the person who created the fake account could have been on google to get the image, so its a lost cause. They have been cruel to the families involved though, i think the police have been informed now.

Mrbell, I'd take the 1st image down as the second image explicitly states no internet use so you are in breach of their copyright, assuming the image came from that agency.

edit - holy detective work...
