I did a reverse image search which lead me to the main picture and the main picture had exif data attached.

30 seconds .......

FTAO: KOL = the image was on a news site by the looks of it... not an english one for some reason....

Not bothered, if someone causes trouble i don't care about copyright. I understand what you mean but I am applying common sense a little bit.

If it was copyright I would take it down if requested by the Author.

This seems like a job for the police to sort out. I don't want to see anyone get into bother and stuff posted may do that.
