I havent kept up to much in terms of components but im after an 80+ ofc GOLD if possible

I5 3570k
16gb ram
2x AMD 7850's

The usual 1 SSd and 2 hard drives thats it really.

I was looking at a Antec true power but I've honestly no idea! sorry guyz!

The Antec Truepower Classic is a excellent psu built by Seasonic and has dual 30A 12v rails allowing a maximum of 648w. However, for just £7-8 more you can have a choice of two top quality gold rated fully modular psu's, The EVGA Supernova GS 650w and the EVGA Supernova G2 650w. The GS is a Seasonic built unit and has a single 54A 12v rail giving a max of 648w and a 5 year warranty. The good thing about this unit is that it's fairly compact at 150x150mm so good for smaller cases. The G2 is built by Superflower and is based on their own Leadex gold units. It has a single 54.1A 12v rail giving a max of 649w and has a 7 year warranty.
