Poll: Anyone alcohol dependant ?

Do any of you think you drink too much ?

I know I drink too much, and I am aware it can kill you. shame because I enjoy it.

My problem is I enjoy a drink, ie a bottle of wine a night is not a lot.
It does not effect my work as I am at home, but I am aware that it needs to stop.

I need to keep it to just weekends.
But it does slowly catch up with you.

I do believe a lot of people do drink too much and I am one of them.
I started drinking on a regular basis around ten years ago.
I used to work alternate shifts 4 on 4 off, nights and days.
I would get home from work at 6.00 am and have a couple of cans to help me unwind and get to sleep.
I am aware I need to stop or seriously cut down.
It amazes me that considering how much damage too much booze can do to your body that its legal, although I guess it will never be banned due to the amount of money the government get in tax revenue.
