Anyone any experience with the AVM Fritzbox?

So recently moved to Germany and joined up to 1and1 which i paid extra for the fritzbox 7390 and phone. Anyway the router settings pages are all in German. Is there any way I can change this as i cannot seem to find a option to.

Im guessing I must flash a English firmware but really dont want to mess up a £200 router doing it wrong.

Anyone know how?
