I've been trying to setup a pc, so it'll function as a fax machine. Ms fax console, installed fine and sends/receives ok. The problem being is we only have one phone line, and the fax will answer the phone all the time..
Wall socket -> Double adapter -> Phone
-> Modem in pc
I've also just tried Winfax 9, that did exactly the same. The modem has two inputs, line and telephone. I've tried it with the phone plugged into the modem in telephone, it doesnt seem to recognise it's a phone call and not a fax.
Has anyone got any ideas? This is obviously something really basic, but it's get me confused (note: Doesnt take much)
