Anyone any idea how to cotact Be-Quiet?

Hi all

I have a faulty Be-Quiet! Dark Power Pro. It is within its three year warranty period but I have got no idea how to get in contact with them about getting it sorted. They have a way of e-mailing them on their website but I don't seem to get a reply even after submitting a query twice. They have a German phone number but I can't speak German - anyone managed to RMA anything to Be-Quiet! ?

where did you buy it from origionally? it may be worth going back to the retailer seeing if they can help

I think that link takes you to the German Contact page :O

If you click the little GB flag in the top right corner then click Contact you should find the British alternatives

I bought it from the MM, however the person I got it off got it from OCUK but it is just over 2 years siince it was bought so it is still under warranty. The person that I bought it off has offered to pay for the postage for the RMA, but RMAing is proving to be a problem. I have tried to contact Be-quiet! through this page Link
