Anyone been able to swap a part after 28day period?

i got a 560ti which crashes a lot now and i want to send it back and swap it for an msi 570, but it's passed 28 days and ocuk offered a replacement but 4 of my mates already did that and got new cards with the exact same issue. So i am scared send it off and then i'll get the card back with the exact same issue.

so was anyone able to swap their component for a different one after 28days?
