Anyone been invited to Future Health?

Surprisingly couldn't find a thread on it

Had a letter today from the NHS with a signup code.
the website looks like anyone can just sign up, but people living near a clinic are likely to be randomly invited by the NHS

Seems it some charity that works with the NHS
