And if so, can you tell me does it still have the pants sidepanels that take ages to get on and scratch the inside if you are not careful ?

I'm a bit confused by your post ?

You obviously have made your mind up that they are " hated " with " crappy " side panels , so why your interest ?

I bought one off MM earlier this year and its a superb case.

If it takes you ages to take the side panels off , then the fault lies with you.

I can remove them with ease , and do so regularly (when i'm tweaking bits and bobs) .

" Scratching the inside " if you mean that the panels leave scratches on the internal runner plate that secures them to the case then yes, but unless the panels stick on magnetically i cant see how this can be reasonably avoided.

Whats next on your " follow the trend "bashing list ?

Oh wait , i also have a Hiper PSU  .

When this case was launched ages ago it had many bad points pointed out by members here - sub par build quality in some peoples opinions, paintwork patchy in places, a bit rattly, and the one that stuck out in my mind as I witnessed it first hand was the side panel was a pita to get back on, and scratches the aluminium runners. A few people have mentioned that here. That was over a year ago. So I was wondering if the case had been improved since, since manfufacturers do make revisions to their case designs. So all I asked was if the sidepanels still hard to get on and do they scratch the inside. I never said it takes ages to get them on, I said off - read my post again. This is coolermasters fault not mine. Plus this has been documented too. Read the reviews on this site. So yeah, the case is hated by lots of people but not neccessarily me. I don't think WJA or Yewen think much of it. And the cooling according to people who's opinions I respect is not all that great either though not poor.

Anyhow, I was just wondering about the sidepanels as that was the main bugbear for me as I am considering a new case. That's all. Next time don't be such a smartass with such lame comments.

Oh yeah..and your hiper is pants..read the reviews over on jonnyguru.com and then go off and buy a real psu.

What's to be embarrassed about ?

The price I got it for and the spec I have was a LOT cheaper then if I had built it. And I mean a lot cheaper. Check my sig.

Plus what is wrong with Dell PC's...1. they are quiet thanks to the btx design. 2. an x6800 even at stock is nothing to be sniffed at and it runs an 8800GTX and pulls almost 11.5k in 3dmark06. 3. It is tested to hell and back so is dead reliable. 4. With the exception of the mobo everything else is off the shelf parts, and are all upgradable. 5. Did I say how quiet it was, the whole lot cooled by just 2 case fans. I've built many rigs and none with this performance offer this level of quiet.

Only minus is lack of overclocking, and the motherboard is not industry standard atx, but the price compensates. Having said that, I am still building a new rig because I miss overclocking. Hence my question about the case.

The tone of your comment sounds like people who buy Dell PC's are dumb and should be embarrased when you are the one who should be embarrassed for making such a dumbass comment.

Anyway, I don't want to get into a ******* contest with you, so won't be responding anymore in this thread.
