Anyone bought a photo in 3D crystal as a gift?

I've recently stumbled across 3D crystal prints and was wondering about getting one as a gift. The only red flag in my head is that I can't find much in the way of views as to whether they're any good beyond the sellers sites!

Anyone had any photos done like this?

My ex girlfriend got one made and the effective resolution was so low it was hard to see what the image was.

Damn ok thanks. Sort of thing I needed to find out even if it wasn't what I was hoping for!
