Anyone buy Just Cause 3 in sale?

When I try to launch it on Steam my portrait goes green like I'm in game, a window pops up for a few seconds then it closes and my portrait thing goes blue... The game just refuses to start.

Any fixes? Game is over a year old...

Have you tried reinstalling the redistributables that came with the game? Things like "visual studio c++ redistributable 2015" and then doing a restart?
