Anyone co-op'd GRAW?

Just wondering if GRAW co-op is as good as I think it might be - with decent voice comms and some teammates who can tell the difference between "provide cover" and "go on a killing/dying spree". On the verge of getting some friends to purchase it so we can get a group going :)
 
Have done it with 2 of us (me and cousin) and 2 AI that was fun the amount of time we just went around using the other 2 as bait and the flanking was hilarious!! :D :p seriously makes the game so much easier you have to play it on hard if you had 4 decent players it would be simple no stupid AI! :o
 
That's what we're looking at - there's about five or six good FPS players I've got lined up to join in......and I figure it could be a good laugh :)
 
OGR Coop can have up to 12 players I believe. 3 highly challenging maps with that option as well. I think with 12 you would make it through pretty quick though. 4 on the maps would be ace, I think 12 would be too much though.

My cousin and I are playing through the OGR coop mode atm. Can be really intense with just two of you. Had a Black Hawk Down moment, where I had enemies coming at me from two directions. My cousin had just bought it and had respawned at the base. By the time he got back to me there were 9 corpses for him inspect.

We use Skype in the background for voice comms which works fine and we have also found that it is alright for 3 and 4 people on conferance playing the orginal Ghost recon on co-op. Don't know about any more though and haven't tried more than 2 for GR:AW.
 
been playing graw co op for a bit
its 12 players on ogr
thought you mite like to try afew new maps out
grin dedust v2 is awsome
road rage is cool and so is no way out
theres afew on there that are quite hard which is good
i often throw a server up running most of these,s maps on the night around 6/10 pm just look for ghost recon .net ;)

Am I right in thinking that the multiplayer ends when the team leader dies or has that been fixed/changed with a patch or update?

Nothing more frustrating than your leam leader being picked off while everyone else is doing well and the game finishing - surely there should be some option for a remaining team member to assume command!!!! :confused:

Was just reading the 1.3 patch notes and it appears that the bug you mention has been taken care of. SPLAT!
 
There is 2 COOP modes now normal (leader dies game over) and ogr coop which is the more normal coop like from Xbox360 graw (last man standing can keep the rest of the players waiting)

Love PC GRAW shame its not a more popular game online, but after being released as a mess and taking 3-4 months to sort out kinda killed of the community. First week it was out people where loggin on saying "rubish" and logging off.
