Anyone delt with BeQuiet regarding RMAs?

Ive tried calling them on the UK number and the number is not in use and Ive fired off a few emails to them and no reply so far.

So, anyone here had any luck with them? Or (even better) got a contact number/email address that will get an answer?

Send a trust message to Ace Modder. He referred me their UK rep and I just got a message from them to send my item and just simply ignore the RMA number.

Dear reygjabla,

please send you faulty PSU directly to us.

As written by Thomas you don’t need an RMA number.

Extract:

Alternatively, you can handle the guarantee by the manufacturer.

In this case we beg you, to send your defective power supply with a parcel of your choice postpaid to the following address:

(Shipments without freight prepaid will not be accepted.)

Listan GmbH & Co.KG

Biedenkamp 3a

D-21509 Glinde

Germany

Please note your shipment must be accompanied with

- A copy of your invoice (please do not send the original document)

- A description of the error;

- And your delivery address

I can’t understand why do you wait for a RMA number? You can send your PSU directly to us as described abowe.

Anything cloudy, plz let me know.

Cheers,

Marco

Worth noting again here that corsair don't ask for invoice they go by serial and part numbers no quibbles send it off £18-£20 (ouch) but you get a brand new sealed unit.

Ive got a faulty Be Quiet PSU its actually been faulty since about the second month i had it.
Could never work out the problem and eventually after a year and a day i figured it was the PSU (computer doesnt boot up cold but flick the PSU off and on quickly and it boots fine)
Thought it was either mobo or psu, i had the PSU tested and its defiantly giving strange readings on a cold power on.
Spoke to OCUK and was told they wouldn't deal with me as i was a day outside their 1 year warranty retailer side of it and advised me to deal with the manufacturer.
I stressed that i had been on their forums for months asking for help as to what was wrong with my PC i built from them, was basically told tough!
Now i dont know if i could bring myself to be without my comp for about a month whilst i post it back!!
Im currently just living with a dodgy PSU (flicking the PSU power switch off and on to get it going!)
Thinking maybe get an interim spare PSU to hold onto incase of emergencies whilst i send this away!
Such a farce!! :(
