Anyone deployed a Windows 8 app corporately?

Sideloading, whatever you want to call it, I need a way that we can deploy the Lync and OneNote apps from the Windows Store, probably using AppLocker, but the users are set to not be able to sign in with an MS account.

Anyone done this?
