Anyone done QoS on a Billion 8800NL?

I bought the Billion because it had QoS. I have 3 devices I want configured on QoS.

1. A PS4
2. My laptop
3. Brother's laptop

I want 1 and 2 to have high priority so that when 3 uploads videos on Amazon Cloud drive, 1 and 2 pings are not affected.

To start I've assigned the PS4 a static IP of 192.168.1.104 and configured as follows: http://i.imgur.com/peNhumO.png

The WAN to LAN rule is weird as I can't click the Priority button to High for some reason.

Am I right in now saying I just reassign static IP to 2 and 3 and set the corresponding prioritization levels?

The 8800nl only supports priority on the upload QOS I believe. Another thing you can do is use DHCP to provide static addresses using the mac, this saves having to configure static addresses on the devices themselves.
