Is there anyone out there like me who installs all their games even if you don't think your gonna play em, just have em on there for the "just in case" scenario? I have well over 130+ games on Steam and they are all installed, I have all my Disk games installed and all neatly organized on my 1TB "games" hard-drive and all cracked to run without the disk.

I just like to know that whatever game I wanna play (that I own) is on my PC all ready to be fired up, sort of like a library of games if you will. Anyone else like this or do you install games as and when needed?

I do take into consideration that this all takes up disk space of course, but if you have it (such as my self) why not use it. Anyway, I'd like to hear your thoughts and methods, thank you : )

I tend to game on my laptop to be honest - so i have my "core games" installed into a 500gb drive, but not all of them - just because of the space.

I probably would on my main rig, as have plenty of storage - but depends how much my bluray rips etc... take up; they would take priority over games!

Ah, movie man mainly then!

I used to install as soon as I bought a game.... just to have it ready...

However, I started not finishing games - sometimes not because I didn't enjoy the ones I was playing but just because I became curious of what the other games on my drive were like... and started building up a few games as WIP.

I realised I didn't want to become one of the "I own 324789432 steam games but have only finished 3" crowd....

So now I'm just catching up on un-finished games and leaving my purchases on steam until I'm ready to play them.

I'm already in that crowd lol, so I just think meh, may as well keep going, I may have played them all one day.
