Anyone else find gaming on a Big Screen and Sofa to be "Uncomfortable"?

Big screen doesn't bother me but I don't sit on the sofa because it is too far away. I sit on a big poof/footrest thing instead. I also wear my glasses when gaming on TV.

No as many good games made for local multilayer /coop thow

Yes normally the PC versions do not have split screen while the console versions do. But it depends on the game, some of the PC versions you can hack or w/e to get it working, borderlands and l4d2 are a couple that springs to mind that can be made into local splitscreen with 360 pads.

For the first 25 years of my life, I only gamed on PC.
Monitor screens CRT:

14"
15"
17"
19"

LCD:
24"

Early this year, I bought 55" Panny plasma ST50. I connected my PC and PS3 to it. The TV is 2.5 meters from sofa.

....the last 20 PC games I finished, I played on TV all the way through. Sofa is just more comfortable than (even good) office chair. And games looks amazing on the TV.

Other than fps i hate sitting at a desk. Much rather play on the laptop on the sofa or in bed than at a desk.
So much so, i got rid of the desktop a while ago. Still got a 24" monitor i connect the laptop to. But thinking of getting rid of that as well. Desks are just horriable and havent played an fps in ages.just wondeing if elite/starcitexen will be playable on laptop, or if theyll need a big monitor and joystick.

Really depends on the game, but I don't like sitting more than 5/6 feet from my 32" TV for games if I can avoid it.

I'm pretty much the same to be honest. I'm always leaning forward and hunch over. :D Need to be as close as possible without leaving the sofa.

Iv been PC gaming since my early teens, and now i am getting older almost 30, i hate the fact that i spend to much time sitting at my PC desk to play games. Obviously some games are required for it, like RTS type game that are designed around a keyboard and mouse, but i hardly ever plays those any more.

I really hope mobile home streaming takes off, where you can stream games to a certain device in your home, much like the Wii U and the Gamepad. That way i don't have to be sat static at my PC desk, instead i could have a choice where i want to chill and play a game at home.
