I've just been on the phone to Three getting a replacement sim to put in my new phone, as the old sim is too big. After that was done he puts me through to his colleague who starts going on about contracts (I'm on a pay as you go).
I sit listening to the guy explaining the first contract and I said I'm not interested in being tied to a contract. He keeps saying he has to tell me about all these contracts. In the end I put the phone down after 10 minutes of him not listening to me.
I suspect this is because I'm on PAYG. Does any other PAYG'ers get this hassle when they have to contact their network?
