I really do not understand people who rage while playing a game. It is especially annoying if I am on chat with them at the same time and it often results in me leaving as I really do not want to listen to it.

I rage all the time, it's much worse in call of duty than any other game for me. The combination of ridiculous spawns and the game being hosted by someone with an African connection do it for me.
Depends what I'm playing how much I get into it, I've found after going back to BF2 a few days ago that the game just seems to make me well up with the red mist every round. If we're winning it's such a great feeling but loosing frustrates me and I just want to beat the living day lights of people queuing up for a ****ing plane.
BC2 rarely draws that out of me, RDS games really have me on the edge of my seat when it's all about to come crumbling down.
PvP in MMOs gets me pretty tense - I get quite a rush out of world PvP, but it's not really what I prefer to do. I mostly play games to chill out and relax, not for a rush.
Rage, though, I on;y get from other people - cannot stand 80% of the whiny little turds that populate teh online gaming community.
I get a bit stressed sure, usually due to a combination of factors:
-Teammates making mistakes
-Me making mistakes
-Being unlucky
-Predicting what an opponent is about to do, but getting killed anyway (this can be particularly frustrating for me - it sometimes fells like my reactions are failing me in old age, so even if I outsmart the guy it doesn't matter). I'm actually thinking about trying to train myself to be more instinctive in how I react to such though processes e.g. attempt many more prediction shots rather than just relying on the fact that I won't be surprised.
-Taking a narrow lead against a stronger team in an official match... I sometimes get a slight physical reaction (adrenaline rush)
It's just excess adrenaline, I get it a lot too. When I'm playing online strat games like Starcraft 2 some games can last 1 hour + at 100% concentration and on edge, sometimes I finish the game and realise I'm shaking slightly due to long uses of adrenaline lol.
I've had to walk away from games and go do something else or just play something else due to other people being idiots. I'm often confused as to how someone who is that stupid can switch a PC on.
