Anyone else get this? Xbox live payments

Dear Customer,

It has recently come to our attention that your monthly subscription fees may not have been charged to your account. We have identified and corrected this error, and are in the process of billing the missed fees. The missing charges will be billed to your previously approved payment method in the near future, following 10 days from the date of this e-mail.

Now I have never missed a payment and it came out of my bank every month??WTF?
 
Spam or Phishing attempt?
If in doubt give them a call and find out, DO NOT log in to your Live account from a link in the email ;)
 
They're useless. Phone them, be prepared to take between 30-60 minutes and I hope you can decipher foreigners because I found it hard last time I called them.
 
Yups I had the exact same e-mail about a week ago which came through to my Xbox Live e-mail, it had a link half way through asking me to log into my account and check my card details.

I deleted it, the link was not even to xbox.com as when you put your cursor over it it came up with a random address.

Just ignore & Delete :)
 
OK I kinda use the links and logged into my account

the link was http://billing.microsoft.com.

Email was from [email protected]

I was able to log into the microsoft live where it should be how many 360 points i have to spend and my 2 Ccards?

I also rang micosoft twice now.first time he hung up and second he just went quite?
Kinda worried now
 
Got though to and English speaking lady and she said my account was fine :/

Have I give my password away to some scammer or something? even though the site looks real and brought up most of my details?
