Anyone else getting this IE7 issue?

I installed IE7 on my windows xp home pc and its looking like this.

Does anyone know why it does this? you can see my wallpaper through the software, can yu see the blud lines? thats my desktop...

how do i fix this?!?!

No its fine, guessing it may be something to do with video drivers? try install the latest ones.

could it be the theme your running, have you opened IE7 using Windows XP theme?

Everythings up to date... im sure of that. Ill check anyway though, pro MS

Yeah it was originally installed using the default theme...
