Bit of a random one i know even for her.

Im taking ISO2 Nutrition Complete Gainer currently. 90g with 450ml water as it says but only once a day and twice when traing, 1 dirtectly after and 1 when i eat, it's blended so well mixed. Does say to take it 3 times a day. About ten mins after i have it im getting rid of it faster than concord flew and it's green and all out the back door.

My guts are pretty strong and normaly i can digest anything.

Anyones else got the same problem?

3 weight gainer shakes a day?

Check the ingredients, clearly something doesn't agree with your body.

Ten minutes after drinking it you are on the toilet? As Morba says, something in there really doesnt agree with you!

Maybe try mixing it with milk to slow down your absorbtion of it?

Post up the ingredients

Check the Magnesium content.

A lot of supplements have it in, although some have far far too much.
Magnesium in high quantities acts like a diarrhetic.

I can't find it online and it looks different.

I remember when i was taking Maximuscles Progain, i used to get the runs till i reduced the amount of scoops it told me to take and it worked perfectly. The directions are a general rule, you don't have to have that amount, you can lower the servings/scoops and still get results.

3 weight gain shakes per day is too much imo, 1 or 2 is enough.

When I was trying ON Serious Mass I only ever took half servings, also because the chocolate one tasted amazing and it was to prevent me from just having it because it tasted nice haha.

If you get the runs with any protein shake then it's not the Mag and more than likely down to some sort of intolerance, as Morba said have you ever tried protein isolate?

Whey concetrate contains lactose which most of us have difficulty digesting, the symptoms you describe definitely point towards lactose intolerance. Whey protein Isolate is virtually lactose free I believe.

Just found the following on 'The Whey protein institute page'.

Q: If I'm lactose intolerant should I avoid whey protein?

A: Individuals with lactose intolerance should select a pure whey protein isolate, which has less than 0.1 gram of lactose per tablespoon (20 grams). This is less lactose than the amount found in a cup of yogurt and research has shown that most people with lactose intolerance have no trouble taking this very small amount of lactose. Individuals with lactose intolerance should avoid whey protein concentrates as they usually contain lactose and the amount can vary greatly from product to product.

indeed. it was from whey concentrate that i noticed my intolerance.

came completely out of the blue as i had been using concentrate for a long time!
