So i went to my local store today and bought myself Ghost Recon: Future Soldier on the Xbox 360 as i read it was terrible on PC. I get home UNDO ALL THE SEALED PACKAGING, install it to my 360's hard drive sit back (offline) and have a quick go of the singleplayer. I was really enjoying my experience so far and decided to try some multiplayer.

So i went online, and at the Menu it prompted me to use my Ubisoft Passport code. i opened my box and got the card out. the cards code looked like this.
XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
when i tried to enter it in my xbox it looked like this
XXXXX-XXXXX-XX
my xbox was quick to tell me the code was incorrect each and every time. So as we all do when this happens we look on the internet to see what the (bleep) is going on. a quick look and i found this

Turns out the Xbox version should have a 25 digit code and the PS3 has a 12 digit code. Yeah thats right, i had a PS3 code in my Xbox 360 game. So i went online and tried to contact Ubi through email, their forums, their twitter, their Facebook and nothing not even a reply.

On the forums i created a thread, explained my problem and i get some toffee nosed asswipe telling me im dumb and i can't read wtf is that all about? anyway with my temper raging inside i took it back to the store and explained my problem there, they tried to find another but turns out i bought the last copy. so now i am without a game i was enjoying and was looking forward to play tonight and i have to wait until the morning until i get my new copy in the post, I could have waited for the store to get more in but it cost £40 there and i got it online for £30.

So has anyone else had a problem like this? there was a few problems i saw online that was similar i just thought id ask on here.
