Anyone else hate EE Website

Ever since day one I have always had problems with EE Website -(I do NOT use the app ) Just been on again and click profile and the pages just go round and round - Nothing you want comes up -It doesn't even show a Account number.
I am on a sim package for two sims with 21gig of Data which I do not use all for a cost of £18 with unlimited calls -I now want to downgrade to calls only and if possible drop cost from £18 a month to around £10-£12.
Can anyone see if they do a call only package for a few quid less.
I have read the other threads on here about new sim cards but it confuses me - Nothing is explaned in OAP language,
I will be going up the town and will pop in a Phone shop and ask there when I get the chance.
I can remember when it used to be dead easy for people like me but things have changed. Normally I never get angry and want to smash things but mobile phones really does wind me up.:rolleyes:
 
I had the best waste of a day today - Not being able to log into EE or getting any sense from them I made the hike to Shrewsbury EE shop.
I would have had a better time throwing myself under a bus.
I came out no wiser and nothing - couldn't even get me a better deal as I am on the best cheapest one they have - BT Broad band so get 21gb of free data on wifes sim and 250mb on my sim all for £18 -BT BB is extra. Good thing is I never use Data.?

I have three numbers on my phone Doctor -Dentist - Hospital, We both have no family.
